He was predeceased by his parents, Steve and Dorothy (nee: Baker) Czucza; and his grandparents, J.P. and Sophie (nee: Jablonski) Baker. He is survived by his sister, Jody Ann Czucza; his aunts and uncles Connie and Robert Pytlik; Maryann and Robert Cyrgalis; and Joseph Baker; two godsons, Willie and Jonathon Pompeo; cousins, Bill and John Pompeo, Jessica Mazza and her husband Joe; Chelsea Curtis Pompeo and her fiancé, Jose Hernandez; and their sons, Chase and Jake.
