MISKULIN, DANIEL PETER

A mass of Christian burial was offered March 14 at St. Ann’s RC Church, Hoboken, for Daniel Peter Miskulin, 73, of Fort Myers, Fla. He passed away with hospice care on Feb. 21 in Lehigh Acres, Fla. Born and raised in Hoboken, he was a graduate of Hoboken High School. He later resided in Ponca City, Okla., and Chicago, Ill. Mr. Miskulin was a resident of Florida at the time of his passing. A veteran of the United States Army, Daniel worked for many years in banking in New York City, and later he was a trusted and supportive substance abuse counselor for more than fifteen years. He was predeceased by his wife, Mary; his parents, John and Elaine Miskulin; two brothers and a sister, John, Harold, and Diane Miskulin. He will be missed by his nieces and nephews, Diane Gnassi and her husband Enrico; John Miskulin and his wife Christine; great nephew and great nieces, Ricky and Jacquelyn Gnassi, and Lena and Sophia Miskulin. The family would like to acknowledge Daniel’s lifelong close friends, Nicky and Keith Callichio for their kindness and dedication during his illness and passing. Services arranged by the Failla Funeral Home, Hoboken.
