95, passed away on March 2, 2015. Born in Brooklyn, NY, he lived most of his life in Bayonne. Holtzman was employed as a clerk for the Bayonne Fire Department for nine years, as a crossing guard and also worked as a baker for Manischewitz in Jersey City for 33 years. He was an Army Veteran of World War II. He was predeceased by his wife, Rae, in 2002. He is survived by his daughters, Lois Grassi and her husband, Louis; Adrienne Marangio, and her late husband, John; and his grandchildren, Cherie LaPelusa, Julie Gartenberg, Maria Davin and Craig and Mark Grassi.
