The funeral liturgy took place Feb. 26 from St. Margaret of Cortona R.C. Church, Little Ferry, for John A. Clark, 69, of Little Ferry, formerly of Hoboken. He passed away Feb. 22 surrounded by his family. Born in Hoboken to the late Andrew and Jennie Clark, John was an Army veteran of the Vietnam War. Before retiring five years ago, he was a longshoreman for Interport Maintenance Company, Inc. in Port Newark and a member of the International Longshoremen Association Local 1804-1. John was husband to Pat Clark for more than forty-three years. Together they raised two children. He was father to Jill Gatto and her husband Niel and John Clark and his wife Maria; grandfather of his five grandchildren whom he loved very much, Caylee, Niely, Alexa, John and Anthony; brother to the late Kenneth Clark. He is also survived by his sisters-in-law, many nieces and nephews and his many good friends. Services arranged by the Costa Memorial Home, Hasbrouck Heights.
