Young Secaucus man charged with drunken driving, death-by-auto after fatal accident

SECAUCUS – A 20-year-old Secaucus man was arrested over the weekend and charged with driving while intoxicated after allegedly striking another man with his car and killing him.
The incident took place on County Road in Secaucus about 3:30 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 21. The victim was a 58-year-old resident of Brooklyn who had just finished his shift at the nearby UPS facility.
The charges were later upgraded to include death by auto and resisting arrest, according to nj.com.
