Thank you for helping my mother

To the Editor:

On January 1, my beloved mother, Ann Kinsley, a lifelong resident of Bayonne, passed away very unexpectedly. As you can imagine, we were and still are, in shock.
I am writing this letter to thank the amazing people who were there for me during this very difficult time.
First, thank you to the firefighters and paramedics who worked tirelessly to try to bring my mom back; you were amazing, and I will never forget your kindness. Also, to the police officer who was there, thank you.
My husband Carl has been my rock through all of this. I don’t know what I would do without you, my love. Our daughter Laura helped so much as well. Thanks, Pudd, we love you very much.
My two best friends, Cheryl Potter and Mary Ann Coglitore, words can’t express how much I appreciate everything that you have and continue to do for me. I love you both.
San Vito’s/Villa Maria’s did such a wonderful job with the repast. Luciano, you are the best!
My Mom had many friends, too many to name, but I would be remiss in not naming John Smietanik, Jo Ann Brady, and Pepper, her wonderful neighbors and friends who were always there for her; thank you for being such wonderful friends. Also Grace Erickson, a friend of many years, thanks for taking mom to Walmart all the time; she loved those outings!
I’m sorry if I didn’t name everyone, but please know that Mom loved each and every one of you, as do I.
I will miss you every day, Mom, but there is no doubt that you are now with the love of your life, my dad, John H. Kinsley, and your beloved son, John M. Kinsley.
