NORTH BERGEN – Mayor Nicholas Sacco and township commissioners expect a crowd of thousands of local residents at North Bergen’s annual Winterfest celebration on Thursday, Dec. 4 at 6 p.m.
The township’s largest annual event, Winterfest begins with a holiday parade along Bergenline Avenue from 85th Street to 76th Street. That entire area of ten city blocks is set aside for the festivities. Other events include rides and games for kids, performances by North Bergen school choruses, free photos with Santa and Mrs. Claus, a petting zoo, horse and buggy rides, food, music, and tons of fun for the whole family.
