UPDATED: Lots of rain and wind on tap for Wednesday in Northeast — possible nor’easter

HUDSON COUNTY — As we approach the second anniversary of Hurricane Sandy, forecasters don’t see another hurricane in the near future — but they do see some nasty rain and wind from Wednesday into Thursday, and are calling it a possible nor’easter.
Light rain will start on Tuesday, getting heavier on Wednesday. New England will get much harder hit than New Jersey, according to forecasters.
