Funeral mass was held Oct. 8 at Saints Peter and Paul R.C. Church, Hoboken, for Onofrio Tattoli, 84, former Hoboken resident. He passed away Oct. 3 with his family by his side. Born in Molfetta, Italy to the late Michele and Luigia Tattoli, Onofrio immigrated to the United States in 1963. He worked as a packaging mechanic at Maxwell House in Hoboken for many years.
Onofrio was a veteran of the Italian navy. Onofrio is survived by his wife of 47 years, Antonia, his daughters and their husbands, Luisa and Jeff, Maria and Tim and Michele and Roman, his six grandchildren Franco, David, Giorgia, Michael, Giada and Matthew, his brother Sergio and his wife Clara, his sisters Giacoma and her husband Leo, Serafina and her husband Sergio, Angela and her husband Felice, sister-in-laws Giuditta and Olga and his many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents and his brothers, Marino and Mauro. Services arranged by the Failla Memorial Home, Hoboken.
