Funeral services took place Oct. 2 for Luis O. Perez-Montalvo, 47 of Jersey City. He passed away Sept. 22. Born in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico, he came to Jersey City at the age of 10. Known to many as “Cali D”, “Rolly” and/or “Mr. Puerto Rico”, he was loved by many and was a good person who many people adored. He was predeceased by his father David Perez (2012). Surviving to cherish his memory are his mother Antonia Perez; his brothers, Jorge D. Perez, Christopher and Sergio Aponte. He is also uncle to Chelsea, Sarah and Emily Aponte.
