A funeral mass was offered Oct. 3 at Our Lady of Libera Church for Raymond A. Casper, 84, of West New York. He passed away Sept. 28 with his family by his side. He was a member of Carpenters Union Local 15 for over 50 years and a retired superintendent of parks and public buildings for 15 years for the Town of West New York. He is survived by his wife for 58 years, Grace Casper; father of Donna Casper and her husband Vincent Kenney, Rae Ann McGinley and her husband Kevin, Raymond Casper and his wife Jacqueline and the late Ann Marie Casper; grandfather of his grandchildren Alexa, Megan and Lena McGinley, Vincent Casper-Kenney, Ralyssa and Sidney Casper and great grandfather of Aaliyah. Services arranged by the Vainieri Funeral Home, North Bergen.
