She is survived by her husband Charles Zak, her daughter, Barbara Jo Maria, her son Jeffry Zak and his wife Marcia, her grandchildren, Charles and his wife Denise Maria, Dorothea and Rory Shelly, J.J. Zak, Jullia Zak, Evan Zak, Robin Zak and great grandchildren Chris Shelley and Audrey Shelley. Funeral arrangements made by BROMIRSKI Funeral Home, 221 Warren St., Jersey City.
