A mass of Christian burial was offered July 19 at St. Rocco’s RC Church for Ralph Victor Romano of West New York. He passed away July 16. He was the brother the late Joseph and his wife Isabella, the late Julia and her husband Oreste Ciardi; uncle of Ernest Ciardi, Deacon Joseph S.
