Dear Mayor and City Council:
As a bike riding citizen of Hoboken I am wondering what has happened to our highly touted and much publicized “Regional Bike Sharing Program”?
I realize that during the Spring the program was delayed for some fine tuning — but now the spring has sprung and arguably the summer is half over and yet no bikes. Still no starting dates. What gives?
Last year so much positive energy and many hopes were placed on the “Regional Bike Sharing Program” but this year nothing seems to be happening. What is the hold-up? When will the city bikes be available?
