Bayonne-based Muralo Paints sold to Massachusetts company

BAYONNE – California Products Corporation of Andover, Mass., has announced the acquisition of certain assets of The Muralo Paint Company, including Muralo Paints of Bayonne, according to an online report.
Founded in 1894 and headquartered in the city, Muralo Paints manufactures paints and coatings sold via retailers in more than 20 states.
The deal includes specific Muralo and Graham brands and product lines, including Spackle and Adhesium, Marketwired reported.
