To the Editor:
The members of the Friends of Saint Francis Organization of Bayonne extend sincere appreciation to the many friends, colleagues, and businesses for their participation in our “Spring Frolic” which was hosted on March 8 for the benefit of the Felician School for Exceptional Children.
We are most thankful for the generous support of so many individuals and families who helped make this endeavor a successful one for special needs students at the Felician School. We also take this opportunity to offer a special thank you to the Bayonne Community News staff for their consideration in publishing our pre-event plans.
The members of the Friends of Saint Francis gratefully acknowledge the inspiring work and fervent spirit of the Felician Sisters who, together with other certified special educators and support personnel at the Felician School, have helped children with autism, cognitive challenges, and developmental disabilities, leading them to become independent, productive adults.
We thank everyone for their support of our program for this worthy cause.
