Would Fulop run for governor if Christie stepped down?

JERSEY CITY — Well, Gov. Chris Christie’s lawyers released a pro-Christie report on Thursday shielding him from blame for the Bridgegate scandal and the Hurricane Sandy aid allegations in Hoboken. But two other law enforcement bodies are still investigating. So if the gov were to step down early, would Jersey City Mayor Steve Fulop be in the running to replace him?
