Thomas Ettinger, Jr. and Ryan Lippi; great-grandfather of 18 great-grandchildren; cherished brother of Elizabeth Kubeck, Joan Meyers, and the late Florence Styles and Katherine McCarthy; also survived by many nieces and nephews.
