Dear Editor:
In less than five days, there is an important election taking place in Jersey City for the Board of Education. The 28,000 plus children in Jersey City need a school board that will not only listen to them but who will get the work done and put politics behind.
I’m proud to endorse Kevaan G. Walton for the Jersey City Board of Education. He is my second endorsement following Dejon V. Morris, who I’ve endorsed in July 2013. Walton brings to the table a lot. A former graduate of Seton Hall University, he has the tools and skills to help the Jersey City Board of Education. He currently works at the Jersey City Medical Center in which he deals with our children every day from all socioeconomic backgrounds. I know the children of Jersey City will be lucky to have him on the board.
Once again, I’m proud to stand behind a man who will put our children first!
