Police search for woman’s body in Liberty State Park

JERSEY CITY – Officers from the Hudson County Sheriff’s Office and other law enforcement have descended on Liberty State Park in search of the body of a woman who was allegedly murdered in Union County yesterday. While Liberty State Park is located in Jersey City, Jersey City Police Department spokesman Bob McHugh said the JCPD is not involved in the investigation.
