There is a very kind and professional person who works in City Hall and his name is Dr. Joe Ryan. I am sure many of you know him. Dr. Ryan is committed to helping the people of Bayonne at all times. His professional and kind manner is an asset to City Hall. His knowledge as well as his gentlemanly ways validate that he represents our city doing his job with class and style. I would like to thank Dr. Ryan for his help and his expertise and for being such a caring person with all that he does. Dr. Joe Ryan, it is a pleasure and honor to know you!
