Three new businesses coming to Hoboken following 18,000 sq. ft. lease

HOBOKEN – The Goldstein Group, a Paramus-based real estate broker, leased approximately 18,000 square feet of Hoboken property to three separate businesses, according to a report on NJBIZ.com.
The financial details of the leases were not released, said the report, but property at Marine View Plaza, the condominium complex on Hudson Street between Third and Fourth Streets is prime realty.
The businesses that will soon call Marine View Plaza home include the Work it Out Fitness Center and a Wells Fargo Home Mortgage provider. The third lease was signed with Integrated Women’s Healthcare, which opened its doors in June.
Integrated Women’s Health is owned by Hoboken University Medical Center and provides a variety of women’s health services. The Marine View Plaza location of Integrated Women’s Health will be its second in town; there is already one on Sixth and Willow Streets. Wells Fargo is planning to move from its Washington Street location to Marine View, where it will take over a fourth floor space.
