A funeral service was held Aug. 8 at St. Matthew Lutheran Church for Dorothy E. Hicks, 88, of Secaucus. She passed away Aug. 5. She was the daughter of the late Aug. and Martha Wolf; mother of Edward Hicks and his fiance Paula DiLeo; adopted grandmother of Billy, Bobby, Eddie and Caitlin Wolf; sister of the late Edward, Aug. and Shirley Wolf; godmother of Scott Wolf; aunt of Kerry Wisener, Heather and Jason Dorn; cousin of Eddie Dorn.
Dorothy was division manager for Sears Roebuck and Co. She was past president of Hudson City PTA and was a member of St. Matthew Lutheran Church and a member of the Ladies Guild. Services arranged by the Mack Memorial Home, Secaucus.
