A funeral mass took place Aug. 3 at Our Lady of Czestochowa Church, Jersey City ,for Anastasia Kotwica, 85, of Metuchen, formerly of Jersey City. She passed away Aug. 3 at the Amboy Care Center in Perth Amboy. She was born in Ivano Frankirska. She worked for the Stationary Engineers, Firemen, Maintenance Building Service Union Local No. 670, AFL-CIO in New York City. She was the wife of the late Ludwick Kotwica, the mother of Thaddeus Kotwica and Irene Linguito and the grandmother of four grand and seven great grandchildren.
