FRANK, PAULINE

Funeral mass took place Aug. 3 at St. Joseph’s Church for Pauline (Tessie) Frank, 92, (nee Nowakowski) of Jersey City. She died on July 30 at Christ Hospital. She was born in Jersey City. She worked for many years as a practical nurse at St. Francis Hospital. She was the past president of St. Joseph’s Senior Citizens Club and Rosary Society, and a member of Our Lady of Czestochowa Senior Citizens Club. She volunteered for years to decorate St. Joseph’s Church for all holidays. She was the wife of the late Oliverios (Mon) Francisco; the mother of William Frank and his wife Constance, Peter Frank, Paul Frank and his wife Linda and the late Daniel Frank; the grandmother of Keith, Garrett, Jason and William Joseph Frank and the sister of the late William B. Novak, Stella Tagent, Henry Nowakowski, Peter Nowakowski and Mae Collins. Services arranged by the Bromirski Funeral Home, Jersey City.
