— Bayonne Pony League All Star team placed second in District 7 Little League tournament. Bayonne opened the tournament facing Eport, defeating them by 8-4. The next round Bayonne faced Washington Park, defeating them by the 20-4, advancing to the next round where Bayonne faced Elmora, losing by 15-1. Bayonne then defeated North Bergen 4-1, putting Bayonne into the championship round to face Elmora once again. Elmora defeated Bayonne 13-1 making Elmora the champions and Bayonne Pony All Stars runner up in the District 7 Little League Tournament. (l.-r.)
