Recently, I encountered a problem with The Globe Life and Accidental Death Insurance Company. I informed Senator Brian Stack of the 33rd District about my situation of not being able to submit documents that were not available to me as a grandparent upon the death of a grandson.
Senator Stack responded immediately to my request to modify the insurance policy for the benefit of all of us grandparents who purchase policies for their grandchildren. Consequently, Senator Brian Stack informed me that he is requesting that the Office of Legislative Services in Trenton, NJ review the policy and draft a Bill to modify the policy for us grandparents.
When your vote is needed for the policy modification, it would be greatly appreciated if you would vote “yes” and let Senator Stack know that we appreciate his assistance in solving our problems.
