,78, of Bayonne, passed away on Friday April 12 at Hackensack University Medical Center, surrounded by his loving family. William was born in Jersey City and lived in Bayonne and Toms River. He worked as a supervisor for in-flight services for United Airlines for more than 35 years. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Air Force from 1953 to 1957. He was a past member of the St. Vincent’s Drum and Bugle Corps, and the Holy Name Society. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus, Council #371 of Bayonne, and a supporter of the United Airlines Cause Foundation, which helps families of 911. Beloved Husband of Marilyn (Nee:Lawasko). Devoted Father of William Manion, Jr. and Maureen Manion-Luterzo and her husband John. Cherished Grandfather of William Manion III, Kayleigh Ann Manion and Kerrianne Luterzo. Dear Brother of the late Eileen Prisco. Viewing was on April 15 at the G. KEENEN O’BRIEN FUNERAL HOME, Bayonne. A funeral mass was offered on April 16 at St. Vincent’s Church. Interment was at Holy Name Cemetery.
