Game Notes:: Anna L. Klein won the North bergen Elementary Basketball League Championship when Steven Ruiz broke a 48-48 tie by hitting a free throw with 1.2 seconds left in the game. Horace Mann was losing by 13 points in the 4th and made a dramatic comeback to tie the game with 12 seconds left in the game.
