Funeral services were helf Jan. 31 for Shirley Barnett, 89. She passed away Jan. 29 at the Cusack Care Center in Jersey City. Born in Hoboken, where she lived until her marriage to Daniel Barnett a New York firefighter, she moved to Staten Island where she raised her two children Glenn and Charles Barnett. She moved back to Hoboken in 1975 where she lived until recently moving to the Cusack Care Center in Jersey City where she died peacefully. Mrs. Barnett was retired from Dunn and Bradstreet. She was predeceased by her husband Daniel, her sisters Minerva Butler and Margaret McLaughlin and brother Al Roessler. She is survived by her two sons Glenn and Charles Barnett.
