Funeral mass was offered Jan. 16 at Our Lady of Victories Church for Richard Riscoe of Jersey City. He passed away Jan. 10. Mr. Riscoe was a retired maintenance mechanic for Fiske Brothers in Newark, and an active member of Hudson County Animal league. He was the husband of the late Genevieve (Yurish); father of Debra Cappitelli, Richard Riscoe, Jr. David Riscoe; grandfather of Thomas Cappitelli, Jr., Faith Genevieve Riscoe, Tyler Richard Riscoe; also survived by his sister Roxanne Custode and his brother Arthur Valette.
