Lubin Joins MHANJ Board of Trustees

Andrea Lubin, of Hoboken, New Jersey, has recently been appointed to the Board of Trustees of the Mental Health Association in New Jersey. Ms. Lubin is a Senior Research Specialist at the Alan M. Voorhees Transportation Center at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey. Her areas of expertise include community transportation options for persons with disabilities, the elderly and working poor and program evaluation and institutional analysis. She has co-authored several research articles about transportation issues for adults with disabilities. Ms. Lubin is active in community affairs and serves on the Senior Executive Council of the New Jersey Foundation for Aging, the Board of the National Alliance on Mental Illness, Middlesex County Chapter and the Tufts University Alumni of NJ Steering Committee. The Mental Health Association in New Jersey strives for good mental health for children and adults through advocacy, education, training, and services. Its main office is located in Verona, New Jersey; branch offices are located in Bridgewater, Galloway, Jersey City, Kenilworth, Toms River and Union.
