HOBOKEN — SummerStage Pro is a free program for teens and young adults from all over New Jersey and New York City. Spanning across economic and cultural backgrounds, SummerStage Pro is the next step for young performers who want to pursue a career in theater.
Last summer’s production of Les Miserables drew industry guests and sold out shows for the entire run.
Legally Blonde will once again be directed by Broadway performers Don Brewer (Les Miserables, The Will Rogers Follies, Mamma Mia!) and Lisa Capps (Les Miserables, Miss Saigon, Tommy) with choreography by a cast member from the Broadway cast.
Rehearsals begin in May with performances June 28 to July 7 at Monroe Theatrespace, Hoboken. Auditions will be on Jan. 5 and 6, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. by appointment at 720 Monroe St., Hoboken.
