Funeral mass was celebrated Dec. 20 at St. Aedan Church, Jersey City, for Richard Wilson, 75, of Whiting. He passed away Dec.16 at Community Medical Center, Toms River. Born in Jersey City, he lived most of his life there until moving to Whiting 10 years ago. He was a U.S. Army veteran, serving from 1960 to 1962. Rich was a hard working individual who retired from the US Postal Service in 1997 after 15 years as a postman and was also a truck driver for Arol Chemical of Newark for 25 years. He was an enthusiastic Yankees and Packers fan. He was the husband of June (nee: Meyer); father of Robyn Bello, Michelle Ciani, Kenneth Wilson and Lee Wilson, grandfather of Johnny Camporini, Rachel Bello,Jessica Bello, James Ciani, David Ciani, Christine Correa; and great grandfather of Sergio Bello and Jaye Garcia. He is also survived by a sister, Veronica ’Ronnie’ Tewes and the late Elaine Carroll Mulvill. Services arranged by the Introcaso Angelo Funeral Home, Jersey City.
