A mass of Christian burial was performed Dec. 20 at St. Anthony of Padua Roman Catholic Church, North Caldwell, for Michael M. Mannion, 48, born in Jersey City, New Jersey. He passed away Dec. 16. Michael was the son of the late Joan and Michael Mannion; brother of Maureen Forrester and her husband Ken, Matthew and his wife Ann Marie, John Paul, Brendan and his wife Mary; uncle to eight nieces and nephews, Krysta, Claire, Ryan, Marybeth, Kaelie, Brendan, Joan and Nora. Michael was a 1982 graduate of St. Peter’s Prep in Jersey City, and a 1986 graduate of Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wis. Michael was an active participant of the Traditional Roman Catholic Latin Mass at St. Christopher’s Mission in New York City and St. Anthony of Padua in North Caldwell.
