Part 2 in a series.

Parking is tough in the well-populated mile-square city of Hoboken. Some residents stick to their beloved bikes; others try to squeeze their cars in but have to dodge the Hoboken Parking Utility vans and tickets.
As with many other things in Hoboken, neighbors have found a way to speak out about this issue through hastily scrawled missives around town.
