A funeral mass was held Nov. 30 at Our Lady of Mercy Church, Jersey City, for Anthony Liantonio, 85. He died Nov. 25 at Ocean Medical Center, Brick Township. Born in Newton, he lived most of his life in Jersey City. He was the owner of Seaview Motors Auto Body in Jersey City for 53 years, retiring in 2008.
He was the husband for 64 years of Lucille Liantonio; father of Paul Liantonio and his wife Peggy, Cheryl Weinstein and her husband Gary. Grandfather of Allison, Brittany, Jared and Courtney. Brother of Frances Castoro and the late Vito ‘Willie’, Dominick, Frank, Celia Cassidy and Kay Capone. Services arranged by the Greenville Memorial Home, Jersey City.
