Car found floating in Secaucus town pool

SECAUCUS AND BEYOND — A car was found floating in the Secaucus Town Swimming Pool Wednesday morning a little before 8 a.m., which prompted responders to call in a dive team and begin pumping out the pool. No bodies were found in the pool but officials believe the car belongs to a Fort Lee man who was soaking wet and found walking along Route 3 last night around 3 a.m. by the Sunoco Gas Station. His identity matched that of the car’s owner. He refused medical treatment last night. The car crashed through the fence and into the main pool.
