HUDSON COUNTY — While a Thanksgiving week nor’easter is still predicted to impact some of the East Coast early next week, it is not likely to bring any precipitation or wind to the Mid-Atlantic states, and likely cause showers only in North Carolina and south of that state, Accuweather said on Thursday morning.
The weather agency predicted on Tuesday that the nor’easter would cause rain from Sunday through at least Tuesday in the Northeast. However, the projected storm track has been changed since yesterday.
Some news websites in the area are only catching up to Tuesday’s prediction and posting today about the expected nor’easter, when in fact, the models have changed their prediction of the storm’s path since then.
