HOBOKEN — Hoboken was alive on Sunday with the sounds, sights, and smells of the semi-annual Arts and Music festival. Despite a surprise shower, it was sunny most of the day, and guests enjoyed everything from guitar-string art to fried cheese curds. The event was co-sponsored by the Hoboken Reporter.
