A funeral mass was offered Aug. 27 at St. Augustine’s Church, Union City, for Emelinda Roman of Weehawken. She passed away Aug. 23. She was predeceased by her husband, Gilberto. She is survived by three daughters and three sons, Michael Roman, Nancy Roman, Anna Ungar, Carmen Henry, Henry Roman and Gilbert Roman. A grandmother, Emelinda had numerous grandchildren, Michael, Nicole, Jillian, James, Candace, Jared, Caroline, Eddy, Lillian, Michael, Nicole, Angela and Samuel. She worked for years as attendant for the Speed Wash in Weehawken. Services arranged by the Leber Funeral Home, Union City.
