Trucks with cars on Washington Street – What’s up?

HOBOKEN – Have you noticed an increase in trucks on Washington Street, particularly those carrying cars?
A truck with cars on it was parked at a bus stop for more than 15 minutes on a recent Thursday during evening rush hour, making it difficult for buses to drop off commuters on upper Washington Street. Another car-truck was spotted on 14th Street two weeks before that (see photos).
Is it due to construction near the Lincoln Tunnel entrance, or something else?
