A mass of Christian burial was held Aug. 15 at St. Joseph R.C. Church, Keyport, for Irene C. Switz, 92, of Keyport. She passed away Aug. 11 at Bayshore Community Hospital, Holmdel. Born in Highland Park, she lived in Jersey City before moving to Keyport four years ago. She worked in sales for Goodman’s Furniture, Jersey City. Irene was predeceased by her parents, Andrew and Carrie Rutolo; her first husband, Jacob Pawlikowski; and her second husband, Edward Switz. She is survived by her children, Marilyn Ramo of Holmdel, and Nancy Borchers and her husband Henry Jr. of Hazlet; and two grandchildren, Henry Borchers III of Keyport, and Kathleen Borchers of Hazlet. Services arranged by the Day Funeral Home, Keyport.
