A funeral service took place July 31 for Francis ‘Frank’ Bianchi, 85, of West New York. He passed away July 27. Born in Hoboken, he was a retired machinist for Wagner Litho in Secaucus. He was a World War II Army veteran and received a Victory Medal and a European African Middle Eastern Campaign Medal. He was a former commissioner with the West New York Housing Authority. He was the husband of the late Ann Bianchi; father of Frank Bianchi and his wife Carrie and Barbara Haase and her husband William; grandfather of Erika, Daniel and David Haase and Andrea and Matthew Bianchi; brother of Gloria Brennan. Services arranged by the Vainieri Funeral Home, North Bergen.
