A funeral mass took place July 13 at St Peter The Apostle R.C. Church in River Edge for Elizabeth D’Amico, 89. She passed away July 8. She was the widow of Dominick D’Amico (1989), to whom she had been married for 46 years. Elizabeth was also predeceased by her brother Andrew Camera of River Edge, and her sister Louise Marano of Kingston, Pa. A long time resident of Jersey City, Elizabeth was a hair stylist who operated her own beauty salon on First Street in Hoboken for over 35 years. Though she had no children of her own, she leaves eight nieces and nephews, for whom Aunt Betty was always their other mother. Twenty great nieces and nephews will also miss her dearly.
