A funeral mass was held at Immaculate Conception Church on May 22 for Stephanie Blazejowicz, 90. She passed away on Wednesday, May 16, 2012. She was the beloved wife of the late Thomas Blazejowicz Sr.; devoted mother of Thomas Jr. and John Blazejowicz. Arrangements were made by the Mack Memorial Home. Interment, Holy Name Cemetery.
