To the Editor:
Too often, we are all quick to criticize the way things are done in our town. Within the last two weeks, I had to make three trips to City Hall for various permits: fire, C.O.O., and zoning. I cannot compliment the people working there enough for how helpful they all were. In the various offices I went to, everyone was extremely professional, courteous, and as helpful as possible under extremely busy conditions. I was so impressed by it all, I thought a thank you to the Mayor and everyone working in City Hall was in order.
