Mayor Gonnelli endorses D’Adetta, Riebesell, and Anderson

Dear Editor:
This is a personal note from Mayor Mike Gonnelli to the residents of Secaucus.
Dear Friends:
A new community spirit is alive and well in Secaucus.
Since taking office about two years ago, your mayor and Council has worked very hard to bring our community together. With your help, we have put the past behind us, opened our doors to everyone regardless of political affiliations, and have brightened our atmosphere throughout our town. Many of our residents are volunteering for various town committees, and local residents and businesses responded to raise record amounts of money for local charities. There is an increase in neighborhood gatherings. Just about everyone has embraced this spirit of positive feelings about our community. Thanks again for your part to make living in Secaucus even better than ever.
This Tuesday, April 17 we have an opportunity to enhance our community and our schools. Four candidates are running for three positions on the Board of Education. I ask that you consider three of them:
• Kelli D’Addetta – Clarendon School PTA president, former financial analyst, active mom.
• Gary Riebesell – current board member, retired Sheriff’s officer, coach, volunteer fireman.
• Bob Anderson – recently retired, long time teacher and coach, passionate leader.
It’s time to elect people who are active in our community, have a record of achievement, and are anxious to roll up their sleeves and actively participate to make our school system even better. Please join me on Tuesday at your regular polling place and please consider voting A-1, A-3, and A-4 for Kelli D’Addetta, Gary Riebesell and Bob Anderson. Let’s continue moving Secaucus ahead by giving our students the solid foundation they will need in the years ahead.

Yours for an even better Secaucus,
Mayor Mike Gonnelli
