Funeral mass took place March 31 at Calvary Episcopal Church, Bayonne, for John F. Frasca, 59. He died March 28 at Center for Hope Hospice in Scotch Plains. Born in Jersey City, the son of the late Lillian and Dominick Frasca, he lived in Bayonne the last 16 years. He worked for the City of Jersey City in the bail division of the Municipal Court for 28 years. He was a member of the Sons of Italy. He was the husband of Maureen; father of Jeremy, Jenna, Justin, John and Lillian; brother of Donna Mongiove and Nancy Mathis; son in law of Ray and Florence Norman.
