Secaucus real estate agent Debbie Zugar, owner of Century 21 Gold, 10 Meadowlands Parkway, was honored at the annual dinner of the Liberty Board of Realtors on Jan. 29.
Zugar received the Quarter Century Award, acknowledging her 25 years in the business.
Zugar, a former resident of Harmon Cove who now lives in Rutherford, got her real estate license in 1986 and her broker’s license in 1990. She worked for Mark DeLuca Real Estate for 17 years, primarily focusing on Harmon Cove rentals and sales. She received NJAR sales awards for 18 consecutive years, including the Distinguished Sales Award in 1998.
Switching to management at Century 21, Zugar managed the Century 21 office in Secaucus for two years and bought the franchise four years ago. Her office has more than 20 associates and is the largest residential real estate office in Secaucus.
